v04.02 Minor Update

Some additional corrections and minor balance changes -- sorry for only noticing them now.
Changes
- Changed Prevalence of Ruaya and Orzlaty to Common, to better reflect their prominence in the Known World.
- Changed some Faction Scenario Idea text for Aeden, which was a little too focused on Dust instead of Aeden.
- Dust Faction bio was using Faction Boon and Disposition text from another Faction; fixed.
- Sentinarium Worldbuilding info had text from another Faction; fixed.
- Removed some mentions of the Bestiodus from Faction descriptions. This is an old faction idea that I've not fully found a place for in the setting, so I've removed until more lore is finalised for them.
- Corrected some artifact text from previous versions that listed effects lasting until the end of the Scenario; now changed to either the end of combat or Voyage.
HEIR
- Fixed Heir's Game Plan text, which had old mechanics text from a previous version.
- Heir Ability List had some confusing language that was left unchanged from previous versions; now updated.
- Return now costs 1 Action Die instead of 1 CAST.
- Simplified Soul Wielder that now it simply costs Action Die of any type to move and attack with your Origin Weapon at the same time, similar to the Wahrsanguis' Effigy of Unlife.
- Reduced cost of Variform Weapon from 3 EXP to 1. This was a holdover from a previous version, where weapons had mechanical differences. This has been simplified to allow better flavour and easier integration with Techniques, so the EXP cost is lowered to reflect this.
- Weapon Warp's description was contradicting whether it cost 1 CAST or 1 Action Die; corrected to costing 1 Action Die of any type to use.
- Starclimber's cost changed to be able to use either 1 MOVE or CAST Die to use; previously only could use CAST.
- Slightly adjusted the language of Cage of Burdens to denote a similar effect to Soul Wielder. Now specifies that it requires Soul Wielder to unlock.
ARMSMASTER
- Deflect Artillery now has an additional cost of +1 Action Die of the same type to deflect a larger projectile.
KEYBEARER
- Updated Keybearer Playstyle text that was using old mechanics text. The Keybearer in V0.2 used to have a mechanic that could refund and give allies more Action Dice - this niche has been transferred more to the Logist instead.
- Removed duplicate text that repeated Keybearer Schools' description and adjusted some text. Adjusted some text under Heaven's Key's description.
- Shield Rune specifies that using it as a mine delays its activation to the Turn after yours, as with Explosive Rune.
- Added Tile notation image to Oracular Gate and Eye of the Storm for clarity.
- Adjusted Astral Blink's description.
- Added clarity to Sunpiercer's Upcast description gaining Airborne stacks based on the number rolled.
- Added clarity to Machiavellian Caster and removed some artifact terms.
